We ship across India, including metro cities, towns, and even remote locations, through our trusted courier partners like Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post, ensuring timely delivery and proper tracking. All orders are processed within 1–3 business days, excluding Sundays and public holidays. For custom-designed or made-to-order products, please allow an additional 1–2 days for printing and quality checks before dispatch.
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking link, so you can follow your package in real time. Standard shipping usually takes 3–7 working days depending on your location, while deliveries to remote or rural areas may take slightly longer. For urban areas and major cities, you can typically expect delivery within 2–4 business days after dispatch. Please note that delivery timelines are estimates and may vary due to external factors such as weather, festivals, or courier delays.
We offer free shipping on all prepaid orders above ₹999. For orders below this value, a small standard shipping fee of ₹49 may apply. For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, an additional convenience charge of ₹50 is applicable regardless of order value. COD is available in most serviceable pin codes, but we recommend using prepaid options for faster and smoother processing.
Teexio currently ships only within India. We are working towards expanding to international destinations soon. For bulk or B2B orders, please contact our customer care team for special shipping arrangements and delivery timelines. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them together or separately depending on availability and processing times. You will not be charged extra for split shipments.
Please make sure to provide accurate delivery details while placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect addresses, unavailability at the delivery location, or refusal to accept the package. In such cases, the package will be returned to us, and we can re-ship it upon your request (additional shipping charges may apply).
In rare cases where a package is lost in transit, delayed unusually, or damaged upon arrival, please contact us immediately. We will coordinate with our courier partners to resolve the issue and ensure you get a replacement or refund as applicable.
