At Teexio, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We want you to love what you wear, and we strive to ensure every product you receive meets your expectations in both quality and design. However, if you're not completely satisfied with your purchase, our return and exchange policy is here to help. We accept returns and exchanges for eligible products within 7 days of delivery, provided the items are unused, unwashed, uncustomized, and in their original packaging with all tags intact. Please note that returns are not accepted for customized or personalized t-shirts (including name prints, design uploads, or custom orders) unless the item received is defective, damaged, or there is a printing error from our end.
To initiate a return, simply contact our support team via email or WhatsApp with your order number, reason for return, and photographs (if applicable). Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. You may be required to ship the product back to our warehouse, and in some cases, we arrange reverse pickup from your location depending on your pin code. Shipping charges for return or exchange may apply unless the issue is due to an error on our part (wrong item, defective print, size mismatch due to mislabeling, etc.).
Refunds for eligible returns will be processed within 5–7 business days after we receive and inspect the returned product. Refunds will be credited to the original payment method (credit/debit card, UPI, or wallet). For Cash on Delivery (COD) orders, we will request your UPI or bank details for a secure refund transfer. Please note that COD convenience charges are non-refundable.
If you wish to exchange your item for a different size or color (if available), we’ll happily assist you. The exchange process follows the same steps as returns, and once we receive the returned item in acceptable condition, we’ll dispatch the replacement.
Teexio reserves the right to reject returns or exchanges if the item appears worn, damaged due to misuse, or returned beyond the allowed time window. In the case of limited-edition drops, clearance items, or final sale offers, returns or exchanges may not be permitted—this will be clearly mentioned on the product page.
